FINAL ROUND, SATURDAY, JULY 12

Kelowna Golf & Country Club member, Justin Towill cruises to victory on the final day shooting a 3rd round of 4 under par, 68 to finish the tournament at 15 under par. Amazing golf that saw him lip out for eagle on the final hole to tie the overall Ogopogo Invitational scoring record. Towill played consistent steady golf while the remainder of the field were falling back. In the end he finished with an 8 shot victory over his nearest competitor, Grady Lancaster playing out of Penticton Golf & CC who finished at 7 under par. Three others were tied at 5 under par, Casey Sullivan (Kelowna Golf & Country Club), Mike Belle (Vancouver Golf Club) and Ryan Krisko (Rivershore Golf Links).

The Overall Low Net winner was Jonathan Bradbury (Okanagan Golf Club). The Overall Low Senior trophy was claimed by Norm Bradley (Kelowna Golf & Country Club) while the Overall Low Interior Amateur was won by Grady Lancaster of Penticton Golf & CC.

Thanks to all that attended the Thursday, Ogopogo BBQ which saw us raise $3675 for the Central Okanagan Community Food Bank as well as everyone that participated in our Friday Night KP, Long Drive and Putting Contest which saw us raise $1180 for our Junior Bursary Fund.

A great tournament with a full field of 176 players enjoyed great conditions, wonderful service and our AMAZING VOLUNTEERS!
